Die vergessene Welt der Kräuter

Hast du schon mal etwas von «Hirschhornwegerich» oder «Josephskraut» gehört? Diese und andere vergessene Kräuter werden die Hauptakteure in unserem 3-Gang-Menü sein. Diese Kräuter wurden vor Jahrzehnten von unseren Vorfahren genossen und von uns vergessen. Um die Tradition eines weiteren Familienunternehmens zu unterstützen, arbeiten wir eng mit der Familie Egli in Bern zusammen, welche die Kräuter heute noch anbauen.
Damit der kulinarische Ausflug in die «vergessene Welt der Kräuter» nicht im Trockenen endet, paaren wir die Gerichte mit Weinen von «jungen Wilden» Nachwuchstalenten der Schweiz.
