Die Natur gibt uns vor, was gerade Saison hat und wir bringen die Vielfalt unseres Landes direkt auf den Teller.
Wir setzen auf ehrliche Zutaten, kurze Wege und höchste Qualität. Jedes Produkt auf deinem Teller hat eine Geschichte und wir kennen sie. Unsere Bäuerinnen und Bauern, Metzger, Käser und Produzenten arbeiten mit Hingabe und das schmeckt man bei jedem Bissen.

Dazu gehört auch eine sorgfältig ausgewählte Weinbegleitung. Wir setzen ganz bewusst auf einheimische, oft vergessene Rebsorten, die die regionalen Terroirs perfekt widerspiegeln. Ob ein würziger "Lafnetscha" oder ein fruchtiger "Plant Robert" jeder Wein bringt ein Stück Schweizer Geschichte mit und passt harmonisch zu unserem Menü.
